CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & PAYMENTS
- COMPLETE PAYMENT is due at the time of appointment scheduling.
- We require a minimum of 24 HOURS notice for all cancellations.
- There are NO REFUNDS on UNUSED sessions or UNUSED packages.
- Late arrival will come out of your sessions scheduled time as a courtesy to our other scheduled clients.
- $150 rescheduling fee for all missed appointments or appointments not rescheduled within the 24 HOUR policy.
***Unused sessions and packages expire after 90 days***
